It’s been my experience that In today’s market place there’s a lot of businesses that seem to move forward on autopilot, never striving to be the best they can, mediocrity would be a good description, however my experience with Encore Mechanical Services proves to be the exception to the rule.

As I told you when we first spoke, I was new to the area and moved into a townhome here in Lakeshore, prior to our move in my wife gave me a honey do list of things that would make her happy in our new home.

 

She wanted a new toilet all new faucets, ceiling fans, light fixtures and I wanted a new dedicated circuit in the furnace room for a second fridge, keeping in mind our basement was completely finished.

 

After our initial conversation you set an appointment for the very next morning, you arrived promptly, after our introductions, we walked through the house showing you each room and what we wanted Encore to do for us, it was apparent you had been in the industry for a long time, you were very knowledgeable and gave my wife and I a strong feeling of confidence.

 

We were pleased that you set appointments based on our schedule, your people arrived promptly just like you did, they presented themselves in company clothing and looked very clean and professional, each team worked very clean, they treated my home as well as my wife and myself with total respect, it was really a pleasure having them in our home, we also felt that the pricing for service rendered was very fair, Jim, we wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again.

 

Truth be told, you are in my cell phone as a favourite.

The word that I would use to describe Encore Mechanical Services is (Old School) the ownership of Encore have made Customer Service their priority and it’s apparent from the start to the finish, my wife and I say Bravo and wish y’all much success.
